From Zero to Over CHF 160 Million in Projects in Four Years: The Rise of OAKS GROUP

A Human and Entrepreneurial Adventure

Founded in 2022 in Geneva by Ramzi Chamat and Luca Copercini, OAKS GROUP presents itself as more than a property developer. "Real estate is our business, people are our priority. A successful project always starts with listening. At OAKS, we develop projects, we cultivate trust," says Luca Copercini.

Ramzi Chamat, CEO of the group, built his experience across finance, digital and new technologies before dedicating himself to real estate more than 14 years ago. He drives strategy, development, acquisitions, financing and technological innovation. Luca Copercini, specialised in acquisitions, technical structuring and project management, started out on residential projects ranging from villa zones to land-use plans.

OAKS OPS: AI in the Service of Land Acquisition

The group relies on its proprietary platform OAKS OPS. "We are able to identify a plot and automatically obtain, in under 5 minutes, all the essential land, planning and strategic information," explains Ramzi Chamat. The tool estimates a coherent acquisition price, generates a detailed financial plan, evaluates construction costs and produces preliminary site layouts. The goal: to quickly confirm the group's interest and submit an offer in unmatched timeframes.

Technology does not replace relationships: proximity with landowners, responsiveness and tailored solutions remain at the heart of the approach.

Over 70 Homes in the Canton of Geneva

In four years, OAKS GROUP has completed over CHF 50 million in land acquisitions and developed, or is in the process of finalising, around a dozen projects, totalling over 70 homes in the canton of Geneva. Several new developments will soon be brought to market, including GATSBY N°8, OLYMPIA N°107, NÉMO N°33, OAKS Résidence N°21 and OAKS Villas N°23. The total value of all projects developed, completed or under way exceeds CHF 160 million.

"We are not looking to be the biggest. We want to be among the best," affirms Ramzi Chamat.

Towards a Swiss Real Estate Developers Association

The co-founders are also working on establishing the Association des Développeurs Immobiliers Suisses (ADIS), with its launch planned before the end of the year. More than fifteen Geneva-based developers have already expressed interest. The first announced priority: abusive objections, which block or delay the creation of housing for years.
