OAKS GROUP announces a major milestone for ZOYA N°15: its building permit is now legally effective. Located in Céligny, in the canton of Geneva, this residential development of just five premium apartments is moving into a new phase towards delivery. Sales are now open.

The permit becoming legally effective represents a significant step forward for ZOYA N°15. Following the design and approval stages, the development has reached an important point on its path to construction. This announcement does not, in itself, confirm a construction start or a handover date; further information will be communicated as the project progresses.
